This policy explains how Ecosphere Media Design and Development LLP ("Ecosphere Media", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through ecosphere.media. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it), the service you are interested in and your message. We also record which page you sent it from and any campaign information in the link you followed (for example, which ad brought you to the site).

When you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep the details you share so we can reply and continue the conversation.

When you browse the site, our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to fix problems. For spam protection, we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with enquiries, never the address itself. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits in aggregate.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
To send you a proposal or quote you have asked for.
To keep a record of enquiries and follow up on them.
To keep the website secure and working properly.
To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.

By sending an enquiry you consent to us using your details to respond to it. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us at the email below; we will then stop contacting you and delete your details unless the law requires us to keep them.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, and only as far as needed:

Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and enquiry records.
Our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to us.
Google, if Google Analytics is in use on the site.
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversation, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting requirements.

How we protect it

Enquiry records are stored in a part of our server that cannot be reached from the web, and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
Delete your information, where the law allows.
Withdraw your consent.

You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
