3. Billing & Payment Terms

• Currency & Taxes: All workshop subscriptions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). As a registered business in Uttar Pradesh, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and applied at checkout.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure third-party payment gateways. Ecosphere Media does not store your raw credit card information.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Workshop Registrations: Due to the digital nature of our masterclasses and the limited seating capacity for live sessions, workshop registrations are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop time to receive a credit for a future Academy session. No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
• Exceptions: If Ecosphere Media cancels or indefinitely postpones a scheduled workshop, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Digital Delivery: Ecosphere Media Academy provides online workshops and digital services. No physical goods are shipped.
• Access Provision: Upon successful payment, you will instantly receive an order confirmation. Unique access links and instructions for the digital workshops will be delivered to your registered email address prior to the scheduled event.
